How to uninstall PM+ and revert to PM?

How should I go about reverting to PM, what files - including any hidden - should I remove from my Mac?

Aim is to remove PM+ from my system and simply use PM. (Even if that means I have the PM+ interface, I simply won't be using the DAM side.)
