new icon for PM

How do I get the new icon to show in Mac OS - I'm using the most recent version of PM plus but it still shows the old icon

Which specific build are you running?  You can see this info in the About box.

The icon is in the version of the software that works with subscription licenses and perpetual licenses purchased after March 2024. At the moment, the functional differences in this version are minimal, though we are working hard on what's next that will hopefully entice Photo Mechanic 6 license holders to upgrade. If you want the new icon and don't want to upgrade, download the new version from here, and you can probably extract it from the application and set it as the icon for the version you have.
