Issues at Ingest

Hi,

I hope all is well.

When I attach a camera directly to the computer (to ingest), PMHOME (as you can see in attached) sometimes (and sometimes doesnt come up when attached again) appear and instead of ingest being automatic, I have to press the name of the card I have.

Is there a way to solve that?

You have Incremental Ingest enabled. If you do an Ingest, and then disconnect and reconnect the drive, it shouldn't do anything. Ingest, because you have it set to only Ingest new images.

Is the issue that the Ingest doesn't begin automatically or that the Ingest window doesn't appear automatically?
