Lost default Structured Keyword Lists in PM+

I have just started to find my way round PM+ and have not imported any images yet so nothing has been keyworded. I saw the video on loading new structured lists and loaded the Mac Choisy bird list. However now all the default lists are not there.

I didn't delete them and there is nothing in the bin. I'm running Mac Sonoma 14.6.1. Screenshot as below.

Please advise.

I've attached a copy of the default set of structured keywords. Loading a structured keywords file overwrites the current set of keywords with the ones in the file. If you want to add to the current set, choose the Merge option.
