Drag & drop options of RAW+JPEG
« on: September 24, 2024, 05:33:27 PM »
Hi there,

All my folders have RAW+JPEG files, nicely combined in one thumbnail in Photomechanic.

Right now the drag and drop function takes all files, RAW+JPEG+XMP (which is great to import in Lightroom with a simple drag and drop).

I would like to have an option (maybe by ticking a box or holding a key maybe) to drag and drop only JPEG (to do a wetransfer of JPEG only for instance).
Right now I have to save my JPEG in a separate folder to be able to easily separate them from the RAW before doing a WeTransfer which is not super efficient.

Would it be possible to have this? Or did I miss an option already there?

Many thanks
Maxime

on a Mac you could press cmd+j to separate raws and jpegs, then press cmd+f to search and search for .jpg
Probably not as elegant solution as your request, but does the job for me.

But I do agree, it would be nice to have options and switches for a lot of things in PM
