Copy Paste all photos marked button

In the IPTC Metadata window you can now copy but it would very nice if we could save and paste to all photos marked on the contact sheet.

Basically one button doing copy and Option Command v when at contact sheet.

Would be really helpfull under a game when there is a series of photos with somebody celebrating.

Next level would of course be a small macro: copy, close window, paste, maybe sort, and upload to x FTP.......

Hi ulrik, you can accomplish this with existing functionality:

Option 1: Apply to a sequence of photos in "batch"
1) Caption the first photo of the sequence
2) Right-click, 'Metadata (IPTC) Snapshot' -> 'Take'
3) Select the target set of images (the rest of the sequence)
4) Right-click, 'Metadata (IPTC) Snapshot' -> 'Paste'

Option 2: Apply to a sequence of photos individually
1) Caption the first photo of the sequence
2) CTRL-SHIFT-C to copy metadata
3) CTRL-N to save and advance to the next photo in the sequence
4) CTRL-SHIFT-V to paste metadata
5) CTRL-N to save and advance to the next photo of the sequence

Both of these approaches have served me well on deadline.  I prefer Option 2, because my hands don't have to leave the keyboard, and I can visually confirm each photo I want to receive the copied metadata.

I just wanted in one button and I have made that through a macro! A lot faster.

Its one shortcut then.
