Residuals After Clear: Metadata (IPTC) Template

Issue: The "Clear" button in the Metadata (IPTC) Template leaves some checkboxes & fields unchanged:
 3 Checkboxes: 'Alt Text', 'Extended Description', and 'Creator's Identity' are still checked
 1 Field: 'Creator's Identity' text is still present

Key Notes:
1) The issue is 100% reproduceable with any Metadata (IPTC) template (CTRL-I). 
2) Switching 'Preferences | Accessibility | Metadata (IPTC) Info & Metadata (IPTC) Template' from PM default to user-customized views does not affect this behavior. 
3) See attached before/after screen shots when the 'Clear' button is pressed, and the sample IPTC file shown therein.

Hold the Option key on Mac or the shift key on Windows and the clear button will become an Options button. Click the Options button to set which fields get cleared when you click Clear.

Thanks!  I wasn't familiar with the <Shift> feature to configure options for "Clear".  Also appreciate the quick reply.
