Search not working in PM 2025, but works in PM6
« on: January 29, 2025, 04:10:11 AM »
After getting selection and rating from jpegs, I separate them from RAW using cmd+j, then find all jpegs and delete. However, searching for .JPG gave nothing in latest PM Universal on Mac, while PM6 build 7239 worked fine with the same settings

While not dismissing your actual question, you could instead:  Command-J, select raw, select other, delete selected.

that would work in theory..

I figured out that case mattered even when "case sensitive" was off.
It did find when I searched jpg instead of JPG.
But still PM6 worked correctly

I was able to reproduce this issue. It seems like it is applying case sensitivity in the Find tool when it should not be (I also tested this for the caption field). We'll look into this and get it fixed.
