drives don't show in the navigation side panel

I recently installed the new PM 4.5.1.1 and i am having troubles with the navigation panel.
Some of my drives (internal or external ones) don't show or just show a little part of what's inside and i can't figure out why.
I tried older versions before and never had that sort of problem.
So please if anyone could help me that would be great.
Let me know if you need more infos
