Callout to PM devs or other users. I often cull in PM and open those images in Lightroom and point LR's catalog to sync metadata with XMP's automatically so I can make changes in one app such as color tag and have it reflect in the other.

I often edit a set of images for a quick client turnaround and then go back to further cull out images for a larger set of photos for delivery. I have started using Lightroom's AI noise reduction which creates a stack in Lightroom with a .DNG file of the image with an appended "Enhanced-NR" to the end of the filename. These show up as a 2nd image next to the original or original set (if JPG + RAW pair) which creates a confusing situation when further culling. I am attaching a screenshot of how this shows up in PM.

Are there any ideas for a solution, possibly a solution for making these into a paired/tri stack in PM? I'd prefer not to have to move the files into a subfolder and move them back, the only option I can think of.
