FTPCould not make connection to server ?

I entered the username and password correctly, but it didn't work. I tried it on FileZilla and it worked fine. Please help me.

Be sure you have no typographical errors nor any leading or trailing spaces in these text fields.  I've seen plenty of cases where an inadvertent space after the text in one of these fields breaks FTP.

I recommend trying our FTP v6 uploader.

If you are still having connection problems with the FTP v6 uploader I'd like to see your Photo Mechanic log.  In Photo Mechanic go to the Help menu and choose "Reveal Support Data..." and moments later a Finder/Explorer window will come forward with the zipped log file selected.  Use the 'Attachments and other options' link when you're composing your reply to this message and there you'll be able to upload your zipped PM log file.

Is there a stray space in front of the ftp server name?  I'm seeing this in the log:

Not the username and password, the ftp address.  I think you have a space at the beginning of the "FTP Server Name or Address" field before the ftp server name.  Backspace this out so that the letter "f" in ftp.imago-images.de is the first character in the field, and save.

As mentioned earlier, using a different uploader worked successfully.
