Issue with Square Icon Appearing Before Snapshots

Yesterday, I switched from my paid version 6 to the subscription model. Now, whenever I try to select a snapshot, whether in Ingest, the IPTC field, or the Upload field, a square icon appears in front of my snapshot everywhere. Do you know what this is about? Unfortunately, I couldn't find any hints. Thank you.

Your snapshot files currently have no color labels on them.  If you set a color label on them in the Finder, they will show the color in the menu.  Yours are unlabeled so they show as an empty box.  They will show colors inside those boxes if color labels have been applied to them.

As a longtime Photo Mechanic 4–6 user, I’d like to ask: what other features have been added in the new subscription version of Photo Mechanic? Is there a list available? The manual doesn’t seem to be fully up to date.

The Announcements board has all of the changes in each release.  The ReadMe.pdf file in each installer lists the latest changes and all of the earlier releases follow the latest release. 

The online manual does need updating.
