New account on pc w11

Hi
Due to network problems I have had to create new user accounts on my two PCs. However I find I cannot open PM from these new accounts which treat me as a new user who hasn’t paid for a subscription. How do I get round the problem please?

Activation is per user.  Just activate again with your existing license key.  If you don't know what it is anymore, contact sales@camerabits.com with some information about yourself/business.
