Ingest Time Variable

Today I needed to come up with a workflow that timestamps the time of Ingest.
I thought about using {nowhour24}{nowminute} variables, but they change while images are ingested.
In know I can use folder sequence, however there would be a new folder for each time I ingest, and for each card as well.
So I need something more permanent - i.e. timecode but stopped at the time of Ingest start

This can sort of be solved by using only {nowhour24}, but if hour changed mid-ingest its gonna be in different folder
