Ingesting using EOS digital as the source

I am not able to ingest using the EOS Digital as the source. I just now installed the Photomechanic upgrade. For years I have ingested using eos digital as the source. Now when I try it, only one completely overexposed (completely white ) image appears which actually is not even on the cf card at all. What am I doing wrong?

Did you possibly turn RAW rendering on?

What camera model are you using?

What kind of images are you ingesting? (CR2, CR3, JPEG, HIF)

Nothing has been c hanged from my PM PREFERENCES, Everything is exactly the same as when it worked. I use a Canon 5D MK IV and a7D MK II Raw capture. Since I do not know how to turn RAW rendering on. the answer is no
The only new thing is that yesterday, I installed the upgrade version of PM

I finally was able to get the ingesting to work. Some way or another I had the same photos on 2 memory cards and when putting the cards back in the camera I realized that perhaps I should try another memory card and that worked.  Thanks.   Larry Brown
