Ingest from CFExpress card - only rated photos are ingesting

I just upgraded to an R5 mk ii, and am using a pro master advanced 512GB CF Express card as my primary capture card.  Oddly, PM will only auto-ingest rated photos.  I checked, and my ingest settings are set to import both rated (locked) and unrated photos (screenshot attached).

Ingest via a ProGrade CFExpress readedr, model PG05.5
Macbook Prof Apple M3 Max on Sequoia 15.6
Photo Mechanic version 2025.6, build 8068 (91d500a).

I did a quick search, but didn't find anything quite like this.
