We can choose transferred photos.

But not photos which are not transfered (marked red).

When the wifii is a bit sketchy at a stadium we sometimes need to resend the photos and it would nice if we can choose the one which didnt upload.

You could select transferred and then select others, but I agree. A single shortcut would be better

I mean the failed ones.

Your way could include photos I dont want to upload or not uploaded yet!
