Working with keyword lists and persons shown list (And other lists)

Using Photo Mechanic Plus version 2025.6, build 8622 on Mac OS Tahoe 26.0.1 (25A362)

I want to suggest an improvement to the keyword list and person shown list (And any list, for that matter) in the IPTC editor, When selecting a few photos.
But I don’t know if It’s not actually possible or is it only me:

Is there a way to add names from the “Person Shown List I created> and not deleting the existing when adding an additional one? When I add keywords from the keywords list, it adds the keyword to the list, adding a comma. But in "Persons shown" If I add another name from the list, it deleted the existing names in the box and replaces them with the new one I selected from the list.
Also, in both keywords and person shown, I don't see an option to add multiple values from the list? I need to open the list again and again and select them. Am I correct?

If you choose 'Edit Persons shown' from the dropdown to the right of the Persons Shown field, and then add something to the list in the window that appears, that item should then appear in that dropdown list when you go back to the Metadata Info/Template windows.  When you then choose that item from the drop-down, it should simply add it to what is there, not delete anything else.

As far as adding multiple values, when you are in the window for editing Keywords (with Current Keywords and Master Keywords lists) you can hold command while you click on items from the Master Keywords List and then click the left arrow to send all selected items into the Current Keywords list.  This is not currently available for anything but Keywords, and you can't select multiple items from the dropdown lists in one go.

thanks. I can narrow down the issue:
When you add persons shown and not add them to the list with "Edit persons shown" they are added to a hitory list above the edited permanent list. Then, If you select names from that list , It deletes the values in the persons shown box.
You can only select them from the permanent list, So you need to first add them. In order to add them, You need to edit the list or add them after you manually wrote the name in the person shown box, Then add them to the list. you can't add them from hstory to the permanent "Shown persons" list.
Hope I was clear.
Regarding the keywords list: I can add one by one, And then when I go back to the list - I see a checkmark next to the word I selected. I can select another. Then I need to re-open the list and see the checkbox next to the word I selected. And so on. I don't see an option to select a few words at once (for example: If I could have empty boxes so I could tick them)
Another thing I've noticed: If you add a name to the "Persons shown" and it appears in the "History list" (Above the editable list in the drop list), I see no way of adding the names I have there, To the editable/Permanent names list to select from. Let's say I've noticed that I want a name that seems to be temporary, To be permanently o nthe list - I don't see A simple way to add it to the list, Unless I select it (So it deletes all existing names in the "Persons shown" box) and then add it with "Add"
