Why did my files change to "TIFF" and how do I change it?

After injesting photos it has changed them to TIFF format and when I use light or DXO PureRaw5 it will not supoort it.

Ingest doesn't change the file format of your images so I'm not sure how that could be happening unless those files are in the source of the Ingest.
