2025.10 - Numpad keys ignored

Good day,

Since I upgraded to 2025.10, The numpad rating are Ignored, the ratings though the 1-0 keys works.

Poking in accessibility/Keyboards shortcuts, I found out that a key stroke from the 1-0 keys is identified as "1-0", while key strokes from the Numpad are identified as ""Num x".
It seems that from this version on, the actual physical key is identified instead of the value it represents
Not critical, but this changes the behaviour compared to previous versions, so a bit annoying to adjust.

Was it a conscious change?

This will be addressed in the next build of Photo Mechanic 2025 for Windows.

Hi Christophe,

Here is a new build that address the issue you reported with keyboard shortcuts: https://www.camerabits.com/download/PhotoMechanicR8848_05aac0c9.msi

We're still testing it so we haven't published the build as an update yet, but so far it seems to address the problems you mentioned. If you did customize your shortcuts in the currently released build it will retain those, but it does bring back the ability to use both the numpad or the number row as inputs.
