Slow switching focus to PM 6.0

I'm running a Win 11 on an i7 with 64GB of RAM and M.2 boot and working drives - BUT When I switch focus to any other program it takes  a couple seconds for PM to "activate" sometime 5 or more.

It is most likely rescanning all of the folders you currently have open as contact sheets.  You can turn off this behavior in the Contact Sheet page of the Preferences dialog.  You will have to manually rescan folders that you've changed in other apps while you were outside of PM.
