Hello,
I recently purchased a new Mac (m4 max)  device and deactivated Photo Mechanic on my old device. After that, I activated the software on the new device and entered the same username and password that I use to upload photos.
However, I am still unable to send or upload any photos from the new device. The upload fails every time, even though the same login details were working normally on the old device before deactivation.
Could you please help me understand what is causing this issue on the new device and how to resolve it?
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Ali Khamaj

Which upload template are you using?  FTP?  PhotoShelter?  Something else?

What version and build of Photo Mechanic are you using and which macOS version are you running it on?

Hi Kirk,
Thanks for your reply.
I’m using the FTP upload template.
My Photo Mechanic version is Photo Mechanic 2025, build 8858 Plus, and I’m running it on a new Mac (M4 Max) with the latest macOS.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
Best regards,
Ali
