GSTREAMER NOT WORKING

I running Windows 11 and PM 6.0 and build 7285

I installed PM on a new computer and reinstalled Gstreamer.  I keep getting the following error message. "File Error Contact Sheet Rescan Needed".  I've reinstalled G-streamer 4 times and keep getting the same error.

Any idea what to do to fix this problem?
