Tagging Photots

Hi when I tag photos in the camera and copy folder onto laptop they are not tagged but if I do it straight from the card they are tagged, is there a reason that they are not tagged when the card is copied to latptop?

Assuming this means you are copying using your system's file browser like Explorer or Finder, they likely don't copy the "locked" status of the file when you do the copy.
