DJI Mavic 4 Pro Ingest

Hi,

I'm unable to ingest files from my Mavic 4 Pro. It usually starts ok, albeit slowly, then I get an error message.

Is this a settings issue with my PM configuration or a known DJI PM compatibility problem? I've been using DJI drones with PM for a long time and it's only with the 4 Pro that this has happened.

It would be helpful to know what that error message is. There is no known compatibility problem. Ingest does not know what kind of camera your the images on a memory card came from.
