PM not converting tif to jpgs

Okay, I have tried this several times.  I have my FTP and Upload utilities login in okat, but when I select "save as JPEG" and tell PM to save to the "sent" folder, there are tifs in the "sent" folder and tifs uploaded to the DRR archive.  I am using the current beta.

I downloaded PM 4.5.1.1 and it does convert my tifs to jpegs. The beta did not.

This will be fixed in the final 4.5.2 release (also the next beta).
