PM Version 4.5.2 RC!

I just installed the new release of 4.5.2 RC1. When opening the software, I get the massage that it a Beta version. Why is this?
Should I have first removed my previous version?

It is a release candidate.  It is still a beta and not a final release.

What was your previous version?  In general, no, you don't have to uninstall your old version.  The new version will install over the old version.

Sorry, I didn't know what RC meant. My previoys version was 4.5.1.1.
