Can you ingest as tagged and 1 star?

Just wondering if on ingest you can mark all images as tagged and all images with 1 star --

No, but you can select all (Ctrl-A or Command-A) and then use the Tag command (Ctrl-+ or Command-+) followed by rating the images with 1 star (Ctrl-1).
