MyPictures Folder Missing

PM 4.5.1.1 on XP...Navigator will not display the My Pictures folder.  All folders under My Documents are shown except My Pictures.  However, if I click "Open" on the tool bar the Browse for File window opens and the My Pictures folder is displayed correctly under My Documents.  The folder is not locked and displays normally in all other applications.  Reinstalling PM did not help.

It is likely that the 4.5.2 version (in beta now) will solve this issue.
