Is there any way that I can configure PM to automatically complete the 'Object Name' with the file name in the IPTC panel?

I am sorry, I thought I made it clear in my question. I want to complete it with the file name (e.g. abc123.jpg)

Sorry.  I missed the "file name" part.

Use {filename} in the Object Name field of the IPTC Stationery Pad, check the 'Apply' checkbox to the left of the Object Name field and then apply the IPTC Stationery Pad to your selection of photos.
