Print contact sheet as JPEG/TIFF

If I have a higher page count for printed contact sheets I might just send them off to a lab and have them done as 8x10 prints.

But the path via print to PDF and then convert these to JPEGs is inconvenient.

So it would be great if PM's Print dialog would have the option to output as JPEG or TIFF.

That is a feature I plan for version 4.6.
