Manual for 4.5?

Noticed the manual removed from download page - hoping that an update is forthcoming? The Help files are OK, but I'm one of those that actually DOES read and learn from the manual.

There is no 4.5 manual yet.  The downloads page still includes the 4.4 version of the manual.
