Hi,

When I try to upload the Raw (CR2) files to PhotoShelter, PM shows the following message:
"Error: none of the selected files were able to be rendered as JPEGs."

It happens with pictures that were taken as Raw only (there are no problems with pictures originally taken as Raw + Jpeg).

I can upload the same "Raw only" pictures using the PhotoShelter upload tool with no problems.

Why PM doesn't allow me to just transfer the files instead of trying to render them?

Try sending the original files instead of as JPEG.
