How do you hide the toolbar in the preview window in the windows version of PM 4.5.2?
This is easily done in the mac version with the show/hide button, or you can use the view menu. In the windows version, there isn't a show/hide button (is there?) and you can't get to the view menu because the preview window is modal.
The documentation wasn't much help since it is primarily written for the Mac version.
