No automatic ingest dialog in 4.5.3

Hi,

i just noticed,that on inserting a flashcard no ingest-dialog starts with 4.5.3.,very well with 4.5.2.,what I still had in my "applications".When I removed 4.5.2 to Trash,no ingest dialog would start at all.Not even after a newstart.Of course I have checked the box in "Preferences".I use MacOs 10.4.11.Any suggestion?

Just run apple's Image Capture, select it's Preferences, and select Photomechanic from the list (or Other, select PM).

In the Launching tab of the Photo Mechanic preferences dialog, there is a button with the word "Configure" on it.  It is in the upper right corner of the dialog and has the words "Configure Image Capture to launch Photo Mechanic when a Camera Disk is mounted:" preceding it.

Click on the Configure button, then OK the dialog.

Image Capture should now launch PM when a card is mounted.

Yes, that is Mac-only.  On Windows, you have to set AutoPlay to launch Photo Mechanic.
