Embedding IPTC

Hello, my stock agency now wants me to provide IPTC information with approved images of mine.  After typing all the information what EXACT steps do I need to follow??  I'm pretty inexperienced with all this , so please provide very basic steps for me-  thanks!

Click on the 'i' button that appears over a thumbnail when you move your mouse cursor over it.  This will bring up the IPTC Info dialog.  Fill in your information.  Click the 'OK' button to save the information and close the dialog.

That is the simplest example.

If you have a few fields that will have identical information in them for all photos, you can use the IPTC Stationery Pad to add that information in a batch operation.
