Error Uploading
« on: March 15, 2008, 08:29:35 PM »
After having a "virus" problem - http://forums.camerabits.com/index.php?topic=2797.0 - I had installed the newest version - that fixed that issue but then today I recieved the same missing DLL - (I've had no new Virus warnings). So I uninstalled compleatly & reinstalled 4.5.3.1. Seems to work till I tried to upload to Photoshelter then I get: (not verbatim)
Error initializing the file Uploader Dialog.
The error was #<nometheoderror:undefined method ‘find_abs’ for PM:DiskUtils:Module>
(eval):531:scan for templates
(eval):531:scan for templates
(eval):509 load for templates
(eval):1049 in init dialog
When I hit OK I get the File Uploader dialog window but it is blank. I close it and can continue working just not Upload or export (Same error)
I will try to uninstall & reinstall again then step back a version or 2.
Im running XP PRo with 3gb RAM on a dual core AMD PC

It sounds like you have an old version of the installer.  Please download the 4.5.3.1 installer and try again.

Kirk,

I too get a similar error on a 4.5.3.1 install (upgraded from 4.5.3).  I, get the message when I want to export files (create a website).

I've attached a screenshot of the error message.

Kirk et al., any news on this one?

Oops, I misunderstood the answer.  Downloading the installer again and reinstalling fixed the problem.

Thanks,
