Trouble Uploading to PhotoShelter

I am getting an error when trying to upload to my PhotoShelter account.  When I try to upload or check my account settings, I get the errors below.  Then just a blank box opens.

I have tried both 4.5.3 and 4.5.3.1 on Windows Vista.  I also use 4.5.3.1 on a Mac (Leopard 10.5.2) and it works fine.  The problem only occurs on my Vista machine.

Any ideas?

Yes.  Uninstall 4.5.3.1 from your Vista system.  Download the installer again from our website.  Install with the new installer.
