ok!

In the 4.5.3. manual on page 18

"To set a Rating on a selected image or group of images in the Contact Sheet view use Ctrl-1 to 5 to set the number of stars."

On windows, the star-rating works with ALT-<number>

Color-rating with CTRL (STRG in german) <number>
