Losing Caption when FTPing

Hello,
Just this week when I ftp photos from my laptop(windows vista/ PM 4.4.3.3) the editors are receiving images without captions.
When I ingest I fill all fields needed then enter each caption of each photo to be sent in, but for some reason only the ingested IPTC info is being transmitted(no caption)
The caption is still in PM.
Please help!

The caption is still in PM.

You're likely applying the IPTC Stationery Pad during FTP and the caption in the IPTC Stationery is blank.  Thus it wipes out your caption during the upload.

I did have the box cahecked I will try it. I must have checked it.
