country code list and other lists
« on: August 08, 2008, 02:42:10 AM »
Dear sir,

I am working with a Macintosh 10.5.4 and PM 4.5.3.1 and I want to use other (new) TXT lists. First of all I want to replace my old country code list by a new one. How do I proceed? How do I introduce new lists and delete the old ones? I don't have in CODE an edit choice. Is it missing?
With kind regards,
Arthur

I'm not quite sure I understand what you're asking for.  The Country code combo box lists the all of the known country codes (ISO standard) already.  Why would you want to override them?  You can always type any other characters you want to enter there and they should be accepted.

Also, please update to version 4.5.3.2 of Photo Mechanic.

Dear Kirk,

I prefer a 2 digit Country code, because that is more common to me (dutch speaking).
About updating, first I am not a pro and my year of free updating is over (since march) and i was waiting for the change of PM to a database. Second i don't know what it will cost for the small?? changes. convince me.
Kind regards,
Arthur

Since you already have 4.5.3.1, 4.5.3.2 is free.  Please update when you can.

There is no way to customize the list of country codes at this time.
