Mouse wheel switch in preferences

Where do I find this option ?

It is a Mac-only feature and it is found on the Preview tab of the Preferences dialog.  But it doesn't zoom the image, it pans the image when the image is zoomed (Some Mac mice have a 2-dimensional mouse wheel) or it advances to the next/previous image.

Might be an idea to add 'Mac only' to your online help -- I have just spent quite a while looking for this
