image + description view

hi guys,
i looked trogh pm but i didn't find a way to look  at  the pics and at the same time  read  the  description.
is there a way, could someone explain how to do it thanks

Try turning on the "Info Tooltips" on the View menu.  You can customize the information displayed with the "Set Info Text..." command on the Edit menu.

Also, in the preferences of PM is Labels fields which you can use to display up to three lines of text (from expanded variables)below the thumbnail. For caption, at least a part of it will fit there with the rest displayable by the info tooltips.

Haven't seen it before... I can change the text full to german. ;)
Btw.: Any date for localization?

No date at this time.  Though most of the application is fully Unicode now so it is definitely possible to be done.

VERY nice indeed.

Also very nice... I've just tried using it with this code and it looks good:

"{shutter}sec @ f{aperture} on {iso}"

Now if you can just come up with a "photo is sharp, photo is not sharp" indicator.... :-) :-)
