Multilingual Contextual Keywording, that´s the question, implementing this feature into the structured keywords panel would be definitive for me and many other people I guess. for market reasons I need enter keywords duplicated in both languages, english / Spanish for each photo, english keywords into the caption field and the Spanish keywords into the keywords field, I´ve translations for both spanish / English in the structured keywords but including such option , as I said, would be magic, just changing between languages "Clicking" a button named "translate" or so, well for a complete understanding of what I´m talking about look here:
