Win XP Pro SP3- The Lightning (save / load saved settings) button is greyed out. Can't save or pull up saved settings.

We're unable to reproduce this one on any of our systems.  We'll have to work directly with you to solve this issue.

The latest beta version can be obtained from the Announcements section and should solve the Snapshot button problem you reported today.
