4.6.2 Watermarking

Kirk is there a way of sending you 2 photos so that I can SHOW you what I'm trying to do? PM is still scaling the watermarks. The only way that I have been able to get it to work is to create TWO png files of the exact size and to apply them in TWO separate processes. One for the vertical and once for the horizontal files.  I have checked and un-checked the 'scale' box.
