Easy way to view sub-folders

Would really like a much easier way to view sub-folders than the current setup of having to click and add each one individually. 

ThumbsPlus has a nice implementation of this call "Show Child Folders" which then shows thumbs for all subfolders in a tree structure without having to do anything more.
