Loop Tool

Hi,

Trying to find the loop tool or any info on it... seems to be missing from the tool bar and everywhere in the program...PLEASE help me find this NEW tool that should be soooo obvious to find.....

Yes stress level is at peak levels..

Are you on Mac OS X?  It is likely that you have customized your toolbar already to your liking in the past and that is why the new toolbar items aren't appearing.  Just customize your toolbar again and add the missing toolbar item wherever you'd like it to appear.  (Right-click in some empty space in the toolbar (or Ctrl-click if you only have one button on your mouse/trackpad) and choose Customize Toolbar from the contextual menu.)
