Ingest tasks window not closing after ingest

Hi Kirk,
OS X 10.5.6;
PM 4.6
Unexpectedly, the Ingest Tasks window does not close after I ingest a CF card.
Settings indicate it should just disappear after ingest, screen capture attached. 
What am I doing wrong?

Probably nothing.  It is likely a bug.  We'll look into it.

It happens from time to time on XP  side also.
