Keywords sort first by capitalization, second by alphabetization.

Testing a linear keyword list I imported into PM 4.5.4 (PPC Macintosh, 10.5.6). All but two keywords in the list have the first letter capitalized. The two keywords that don't, display at the bottom of the list and export that way also. The original imported file is sorted only alphabetically. I searched the forum but didn't see this mentioned? and didn't see this addressed in the 4.6 version changes. A screen shot file is attached.

No changes have been made in this regard to my knowledge.
